Thomas Allan Knapp is the founder, CEO, CTO, product leader, platform architect, UI/UX architect and designer, and driving force behind Strikezone.

He leads the company's product vision, Go-to-Market strategy, product management, platform architecture, AI-native architecture, customer discovery, founder-led sales, and launch execution.

Thomas brings more than two decades of experience across enterprise technology, B2B sales, marketing, product strategy, startup execution, and operator-led growth. He spent 11 years at IBM, built and operated a B2B marketing agency, and has worked directly with founders, revenue teams, and growing businesses trying to solve the same problem Strikezone is built to solve: how to move from strategy and customer data to campaigns, pipeline, and qualified sales meetings faster.

As founder, Thomas is hands-on across the product, customer experience, design system, platform architecture, AI-native workflow design, and Go-to-Market execution. That is founder velocity: staying close to the customer, close to the product, close to the design, close to the architecture, and close to the market until the product creates real value.

Dhaval Bhimani leads Engineering Operations & Delivery for Strikezone from Surat, India.

Dhaval ensures the right engineering team, delivery structure, sprint execution, QA process, and release discipline are in place to support the product vision and customer direction led by Thomas.

His role connects founder-led product direction with engineering execution. He works across team coordination, delivery planning, release readiness, quality assurance, and the operating cadence required to keep a fast-moving AI-native SaaS product shipping.

Together, Thomas and Dhaval work closely across product, engineering, QA, customer feedback, and release planning to turn Strikezone from founder-led vision into a practical AI-native CRM and Go-to-Market workspace for SMB teams around the world.

Strikezone was founded by Thomas Allan Knapp and incorporated as StrikeZone Growth Inc. on Valentine's Day 2025. The company was built from real operator pain: SMB teams need the speed, structure, and intelligence of a modern revenue organization without enterprise complexity, agency dependency, or fragmented tools.

From the beginning, Strikezone has been shaped by direct customer discovery, founding customer commitments, and the practical needs of early adopters who want to go from business strategy to campaign execution to qualified sales meetings faster.
